One of the “Danish Ben Wade” pipes created by ingenious Danish carver Preben Holm in 1970s by order of Hermann Lane, known as the owner and main ideologist of Charatan’s factory at its highest time.

The pipe marking is “Ben Wade \ AMBER \ HAND MADE \ DENMARK”. The length is 16.0 cm (6.3″), the bowl’s height is 5.7 cm (2.24″). External dimensions of the bowl are 5.3 x 5.0 cm (2.09 x 1.97″), internal diameter is 2.4 cm (0.94″). The depth is 3.8 cm (1.5″) and this pipe weights 78 gr. Briar, acrylic stem, no filter. The bowl had some ream darkening and a number of small scratches and surface hairline cracks which were carefully cured during the restoration , the chamber is without critical issues.
