PAYMENTS
Currently we can accept PayPal payments only. Since our Paypal payment provider is located in Florida, USA, Florida residents will be automatically charged a local sales tax (7%) additionally.
SHIPPING
We ship from Ukraine by Post of Ukraine (“Ukrposhta”) service in a small package with the mandatory tracking option and insurance. Normally we ship within 2-3 banking days after the cleared payment. We may use recycled boxes for shipping but we always do our best to pack and protect your purchase as much as possible.
! Please note that the first shipping distance is carried currently by ground transport from Ukraine to Poland and it may take up to two weeks. Once a parcel arrives to Poland it travels from there to you by air. And of course your purchase is covered by PayPal buyers protection under any circumstances and we’re always online to help you.
!! We don’t ship to Russia and Belorussia and not going to do that ever, you know why.
RETURNS
We unconditionally agree a return of pipes during 14 days after the confirmed delivery. Of course the pipe must remain unsmoked. We will completely refund your purchase after arrival and inspection of the returned pipe. Buyer pays for return shipping only. For our customers in the USA we may provide a return address in United States.
