CHARATAN’S MAKE Special 489DC unsmoked
England, 1960-70s A very nice finding – unsmoked Charatan’s Special pipe from the 1960-70s. Moreover it’s the 489 shape which is on our opinion one the most successful and recognizable. We have already represented this Charatan’s model in smoked condition as well as the Bewlay pipe of the same shape made by Charatan’s.

POUL WINSLØW Crown Viking
Denmark, 2020s A fantastic catch from the last trip to Copenhagen: fresh, breathtaking and (of course:-)))) unsmoked Poul Winslow Crown 300 freehand pipe directly from the Danish Pipe Shop. Will stay in our own collection as warm remembrance about the country, people and cordial welcome in TDPS.

And very probably – before 1946 and possibly before the World War II. A middle size classical English biliard which can sit on the desk. We preserved the original finish completely, though…

USA, 1980-90s An exquisite, nicely styled (and still unsmoked!) pipe made by Thomas Cristiano. Tomas Cristiano was the Italian by origin, his family emigrated to the USA in 1968 and several generations of Cristiano are involved into production and marketing of wonderful briar pipes. Thomas began at the S.M. Frank & Company factory – one…

GBD New Era 508 unsmoked
England, 1950-70s The New Era series has been a constant presence in catalogs and guides from at least the 1930s through the 1970s, during the most respected periods of the company’s history. Over the years, New Era pipes were positioned either among the top grades or in a segment well above average, meaning they were…
