L&A Orlik was a well known manufacturer of great quality and at the same time inexpensive pipes since the end of XIX century till añquisition by Cadogan in 1980. Despite more advanced management and technology level of Cadogan Group’s production these pipes from pre-cadogan era made without Hi-Tech tricks but with love are of real interest for collectors.

The pipe markings are “ORLIK SPECIAL \ LONDON MADE”, “MADE IN ENGLAND”, “L172”. The length is 13.8 cm (5.43″), bowl’s height is 4.3 cm (1.69″). External diameter of the bowl is 3.9 cm (1.54″), internal diameter is 2.2 cm (0.87″). The depth is 3.6 cm (1.42″) and this pipe weights 37 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, aluminium stinger. The chamber has been protected with a break-in coat.
