For the readers of our local site we continue publishing of our translation of the article written by Preben Holm (the English text is available at the pipedia.org). For everyone else we are glad to represent one of Preben Holm pipes made in 1970’s in cooperation with Charatan’s.

The pipe markings are “MONTE VERDI \ MADE IN DENMARK \ BY HAND \ Twin Finish”. The length is 14.2 cm, bowl’s hight is 6.7 cm. External dimensions of the bowl are approximately 5.3 cm, internal diameter of the bowl is 2.5 cm. The depth is 4.9 cm and this pipe weights 74 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, no filter. The chamber has been coated with a break-in paste.
