LOUIS BLUMFELD BBB made in 1912

A very old and very collectable pipe from Louis Blumfeld, head of the “Blumfeld’s Best Briars” later became known as “Britain’s Best Briars”.

​The pipe markings are “BBB”, “ENGLAND”. The collar is marked “LB BBB (in diamond)” and the hallmarks corresponding to 1912. The length is 11.6 cm, bowl’s hight is 4.2 cm. External diameter of the bowl is  3.3 cm,  internal diameter is 1.7 cm. The depth is 3.3 cm and this pipe weights 32 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, no filter. The small teethmarks on the end of the stem were fixed, you may see the repair track under a bright light.
