GBD Prehistoric 269

England, 1950-70s

The pipe represents a very lucky conjunction of two successful GBD ideas: the Prehistoric grade (distinguished by its fantastically wild and aggressive sandblast finish) and very well balanced and natural 269 bull dog shape. The pipe was made in 1970s the latest (before the company merged with Comoy’s) and promises a wonderful smoke for its new owner.

The pipe markings are “(GBD) Prehistoric”, “LONDON ENGLAND 269”. The length is 14.5 cm (5.71″), bowl’s height is 4.9 cm (1.93″). External diameter of the bowl is 4.1 cm (1.61″), internal diameter is 2.0 cm (0.79″). The depth is 4.1 cm (1.61″) and this pipe weights 44 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, no filter.
