KAYWOODIE Ruf-Tone unsmoked

A very impressive unsmoked pipe of a very rare series made by the one of the largest USA pipe manufacturers (currently acquired by S. M. Frank & Co. Inc.). There’s no shape number therefore we’re unable to say for sure which period the pipe belongs to. The most probably it’s a creature of the late XX century.
The pipe markings are “KAYWOODIE \ RUF-TONE \ IMPORTED BRIAR”. The length is 12.4 cm (4.88″), bowl’s height is 4.1 cm (1.61″). External diameter of the bowl is 3.7 cm (1.46″), internal diameter is 2.1 cm (0.83″). The depth is 3.3 cm (1.3″) and this pipe weights 31 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, aluminium air cooler filter.
I have had that kaywoodie since 1990. Istill have it and still use it daily, morning pipe on the porch. I have always liked the way it feels in the hand.
