Danish carver Preben Holm was perhaps the most bright and inspiring person in history of pipe making. He sold his first pipes before his 16 birthday. Preben Holm was one of most significant inventors and developers of “Danish pipe design” and many smokers and enthusiasts respect him as a father of freehand pipes.

“Regal” series pipes were already ones of the most sophisticated and stylish freehands which belong already to upper middle or higher grade. A bright and incomparable example!

The pipe markings are “PREBEN HOLM \ REGAL \ HAND MADE \ IN \ DENMARK”. The length is 15.3 cm (6.02″), bowl’s height is 6.2 cm (2.44″). External dimesions of the bowl are 5.3 x 5.0 cm (2.09″ x 1.97″), internal diameter is 2.4 cm (0.94″). The depth is 5.3 cm (2.09″) and this pipe weights 83 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, no filter.
