The pipe markings are “Big-Ben / EVENING”, “310 / MADE IN HOLLAND”. The length is 13.1 cm (5.16″) and the bowl’s height is 4.7 cm (1.85″). External diameter of the bowl is 3.5 cm (1.38″), internal diameter is 2.0 cm (0.79″). The depth is 3.7 cm (1.46″) and this pipe weighs 41 gr. Briar, acrylic stem, 9 mm filter.  The pipe comes with the original pouch.
