Incidentally, this is not the first piece in this style; perhaps there was some sort of competition over there?
The only complication with this pipe turned out not to be the restoration, but deciphering the markings. They are slightly worn, and the final line, which indicated the shop for which the pipe was made, remains a mystery. Even the services of AI agents were of no help.
