Stewart’s, according to local columnist Jacques Kelly, had ‘…an excellent men’s clothing department – ties and jumpers’ and a wonderful selection of ‘…china and silver’ and ‘fabrics (dressmaking materials)’,” as reported by Baltimore Heritage.
