This large and attractive Capri Root pipe is stamped with the 4-digits shape number, so it’s the early (made before the 1970s) Savinelli creature. The Capri Root Briar is one of the most famous and recognisable series from that times – such a distinct rustication hardly can be confused for any other Savinelli line!

he pipe markings are “CAPRI \ ROOT BRIAR”, “SAVINELLI \ ITALY”, “6011 EX”. The length is 15.0 cm (5.9″), bowl’s height is 5.8 cm (2.28″). External diameter of the bowl is 4.3 cm (1.69″), internal diameter is 2.4 cm (0.94″). The depth is 4.9 cm (1.93″) and this pipe weights 65 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, no filter.
