A wonderful impressive and really laaaarge classical bent pipe of the one of the highest grades produced by John Redman factory in the second half of the XX century. The “Aristocrat” series was destined for export and the company introduced such a enlarged version of this grade to satisfy more USA customers which respected large size pipes.

The pipe markings are “ARISTOCRAT \ LONDON MADE”, “SUPERMAN”. The length is 14.9 cm (5.87″), and the bowl’s height is 5.4 cm (2.12″). External diameter of the bowl is 4.0 cm (1.57″), internal diameter is 2.2 cm (0.87″). The depth is 4.6 cm (1.81″) and this pipe weighs 58 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, no filter. In the course of the restoration we patched carefully a few small dents on the stummel and on the stem. The pipe was very accurately smoked and very well preserved.

England A pretty nice, moderately smoked and unusually balanced Redman’s middle size and middle grade billiard approximately from 1960-70’s. The shape with such a proportion of the stummel and the stem looks a bit provocative, but in fact many Redman pipes were made in very provocative shapes and finishes at that time.
