HARDCASTLE Special Quality 85

A nice and practical Hardcastle’s pipe from the early “”Dunhill” era of the Hardcastle’s history, it was born in the period from 1956 to 1967, i.e. at the time of a harmonious merge of “family” technologies and Dunhill management.

The pipe markings are SPECIAL QUALITY \ BY HARDCASTLE”, “MADE IN LONDON \ ENGLAND”, “85”. The length is 12.7 cm (5″), bowl’s height is 4.4 cm (1.73″). External diameter of the bowl is 3.3 cm (1.3″), internal diameter is 1.8 cm (0.71″). The depth is 3.7 cm (1.46″) and this pipe weights 29 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, air cooler. The chamber has been protected with a break-in coat. ​There were few small scratches and chips patched on the bowl.
