BEN WADE Selected Grain 284

England, 1960-70s

A wonderful Lane Era Charatan’s made Ben Wade pipe. Although Ben Wade was a kind of a second or a sub-brand that time we didn’t identify any issues with the pipe – great briar, proper engineering, eye catching shape, nice grain. Sincerely recommended!

The pipe markings are “Ben Wade”, “Selected Grain \ LONDON MADE”,”284″. The length is 14.5 cm (5.71″), bowl’s height is 5.3 cm (2.09″). External diameter of the bowl is 3.7 cm (1.46″), internal diameter is 2.1 cm (0.83″). The depth is 4.3 cm (1.69″) and this pipe weights 43 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, no filter.
