BARLING Londoner 326s

England, 1960s

After the acquisition of the Barling family business by Imperial Tobacco the production of pipes has been moved to other countries such as Italy, Denmark and France. Our pipe is quite rare because from one hand it also belong to the period just after the acquisition but on the other hand it has been made still in England.

It was really a pleasure to renew this pipe because both briar and vulcanite are still of very good quality. And we are certain that smoking of this featherweight (it weights 23 gr only!) pipe will be a pleasure as well!

The pipe markings are “LONDONER \ LONDON.ENGLAND” and “326S”. The lenghts is 13.6 cm (5.35″), bowl’s hight is 3.6 cm (1.42″). External and internal diameters of the bowl are 3.4 cm (1.34″) and 2.0 cm (0.79″). The depth is 2.9 cm (1.14″) and this pipe weights 23 gr. Briar, vulcanite stem, no filter.
